Carrot Casserole

Hi folks. Here’s a delicious recipe for Carrot Casserole from my new friend, Gilda. It’s easy, pretty and really tasty.

 

Carrot Casserole

  • 1 lb. bag frozen carrots
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 T. dried onion flakes
  • 2 T. horseradish

Topping:

  • ½ cup corn flakes or crackers, crushed
  • 3 T. butter, melted
  1. Cook carrots until tender or steam in microwave. Drain water.
  2. Combine other ingredients, except for topping
  3. Mix well and pour into greased casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle topping over dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Serves 4-6 
  6. Enjoy!
