Greek Salad Dip and Picture of Payne Family

Here’s a recipe for a delicious, easy appetizer. Our daughter, Katie made it while we were visiting the family in Ft. Leavenworth, KS. Great visit! I took this picture just before we left to come home. I took it under protest because they had just crawled out of bed to tell us goodbye. I think they look great, don’t you?  🙂

Payne bunch

Greek Salad Dip (for 8 servings)

  • 8 oz. crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tomato, seeded & chopped
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 (2.25 oz) can of chopped black olives
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (or to desired consistency)

Mix the feta cheese, olives, tomatoes, green onions, and Caesar salad dressing in a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator. Serve with crackers.
