Ice Cream Cake – Positive Faith Expects Miracles

This is a yummy recipe from my friend, Elizabeth who is a wonderful cook. She’s getting married next month. Lucky guy!

    Ice Cream Cake  (20 – 24 servings)

  • 1 cup graham cracer crumbs
  • 1 cup saltine cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Mix together and put in 9×13 pan.

  • 2 small pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 qt. butter pecan ice cream

Mix together and pour over crust. Let set in refrigerator. About 1 hour before serving, spread 1 small carton of Cool Whip over filling. Chop about 1/2 bag of Heath Bar miniatures and sprinkle over top.
